We are Old World Knowledge. Our goal is to create a renaissance of the skills and knowledge of the Old World: preparing bread and pizza, smoking and curing bacon, chopping wood, cooking with a wood-fired oven, and many more!

We own a restaurant in rural Prince Edward Island, where we make all of our food from scratch in the Le Panyol wood-fired oven that we built ourselves. We believe that society has lost many of the skills that used to be required to function in life. Join us here to rediscover them!
